Room Raiders!

We are doing a fun emphasis in the student ministry. I’ll be going along with small group leaders to students homes (when they are not home) and video their room! Every Wednesday night we’ll highlight a room and ask the question, “whose room is it anyway?!”

Snow Day!

Wow, it has snowed in SE Alabama! We have been enjoying the snow all day! My wife, Cassidy has never seen snow, so we had a blast experiencing it together. Seeing that we are both from Florida, snow is a big deal!

Foxhole Film!

Check out the trailer and behind the scene footage of Justin’s new movie! I’m excited due to the hard work and creativity of J-ROB productions and Michael Gentilini of GV Entertainment! It will be a short film highlighting WWII! It will be awesome.


Doritos Commercial submitted to the commercial contest for the Super Bowl! I think it was better than some of the final videos. My older brother Jeff is the nerd and Justin is the “cool” guy. Check it out!

Update on life

Life is flying by right now. Here are some things that have been happening in my life:

  • Planning – whew! I’m working on a Puerto Rico mission trip, Beach Retreat, WIRED mission camp and the ongoing ministry stuff!
  • We are praying about purchasing a home – still haven’t found one. We could use prayer on this decision.
  • “To Save a Life” was a great movie – students really enjoyed it. We are going to unpack the movie on Wednesday night and share how we can become a stronger student ministry to the lonely and hurting.
  • I’m in three weddings this coming May-June. I’m excited about it!
  • Praying for those in Haiti – My heart goes out to the people and their loss.
  • The Jeep is struggling – trying to work on it the last few weeks and find that is wrong with it. It is been a faithful vehicle so far!
  • “ParentLife” Event is on Thursday night – I’m excited to have my parents come and be a part of sharing how to make priorities as a family. The theme will be “Priorities: Building a family on biblical principles and service to Christ.” The main purpose is to equip and encourage parents to be the spiritual leaders in their home.
  • Seminary classes are going well – I’ve already had a 6 page paper to do and multiple other projects. Praying for focus to finish well!
  • I will leave you with a hilarious commercial I saw watching football last Sunday

I wanted to share a hilarious video with you that my two brothers, Jeff and Justin put together. Doritos is having a commercial contest for the super bowl. If you make the top six you receive $25,000. Then, if America votes the video in the top 3, it will be aired during the Super bowl! If it wins the ad contest, you can win up to 1 million dollars! Crazy stuff.
